– 5 mg/kg IV at 0, 2, and 6 weeks

– 5 mg/kg IV every 8 weeks thereafter

– May switch to 120 mg SC every 2 weeks; Start at Week 10 or thereafter

– To switch patients who are responding to maintenance therapy with an IV infliximab product, administer first SC dose in place of the next scheduled IV infusion, and then every 2 weeks thereafter
