Description
Administration
– Administer orally once a day with or without food for 7 days
Missed Dose
– Take the missed dose as soon as possible on the same day and return to the normal schedule the following day
Storage
– Store tablets in original package at 20-25°C (68-77°F)
– Excursions permitted to 15-30°C (59-86°F)
Monitoring
– Obtain a platelet count prior to initiating and not more than 2 days before the procedure
