IM Administration
– Administer as a single injection into the gluteal area, anterior thigh, or deltoid. Vary injection site periodically.
Storage
– Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F)
– Excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F)
Monitor
– Monitor patient closely for loss of vision
– Sudden onset of proptosis, diplopia, or migraine
– Signs and symptoms of thromboembolic disorders
– Signs or symptoms of depression
– Glucose in patients with diabetes
– Blood pressure
