(FSH, hMG)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Single-Dose Regimen<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n\u2013 3 mg given when serum estradiol levels show appropriate stimulation response, usually stimulation day 7 (range: days 5 to 9)<br \/>\n\u2013 If hCG is not administered within 4 days, then, continue cetrorelix at 0.25 mg\/day until hCG is administered.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Multiple-Dose Regimen<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n\u2013 0.25 mg once daily the morning or evening of stimulation day 5, or morning of stimulation day 6<br \/>\n\u2013 Continue until hCG is administered<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" Administration<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Administer by SC injection following proper aseptic technique procedures.<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Injections should be to the lower abdomen, preferably around the navel (but staying at least 1 inch from the navel).<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 The injection site should be rotated daily.<\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Storage<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>0.25 mg Vials<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Store refrigerated at 2\u00b0C to 8\u00b0C (36\u00b0F to 46\u00b0F)<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Store in outer carton to protect from light<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><em>3 mg Vials<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Store at
