– Refrigerate at 36-46\u00baF (2-8\u00baC)<\/div>\n
– Do not store in freezer or directly adjacent to the refrigerator cooling element<\/div>\n
– Do not freeze and do not use if frozen<\/div>\n
After First SC Use<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n
– Store at room temperature, 59-86\u00b0F (15-30\u00b0C) or refrigerate at 36-46\u00baF (2-8\u00baC) for up to 56 days<\/div>\n
– Do not freeze<\/div>\n
– Keep pen cap on when not in use<\/div>\n

– Patients can then resume their regular once weekly dosing schedule<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

– Administer SC to abdomen, thigh, or upper arm<\/div>\n
– Administer once weekly, on the same day each week, at any time of the day, with or without meals<\/div>\n
– Day of weekly administration can be changed if necessary as long as the time between 2 doses is at least 2 days (>48 hours)<\/div>\n
– Use a different injection site each week when injecting in the same body region<\/div>\n
– Visually inspect before use; drug should appear clear and colorless<\/div>\n
– Do not use semaglutide if particulate matter and coloration observed<\/div>\n
– When used with insulin, administer as separate injections and never mix the products; it is acceptable to inject semaglutide and insulin in the same body region but injections should not be adjacent to each other<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
