IV Administration<\/strong><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
– Administer the infusion over 30 minutes through an intravenous line containing a sterile, non-pyrogenic, low protein binding in-line polyethersulfone (PES), nylon, or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filter (pore size of 0.2 micrometer to 1.2 micrometer).<\/div>\n
– Flush the intravenous line at the end of the infusion.<\/div>\n
– Do not co-administer other drugs through the same IV line<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Intact Vials<\/i><\/strong><\/div>\n
– Store intact vials at 2\u00b0C to 8\u00b0C (36\u00b0F to 46\u00b0F)<\/div>\n
– Do not freeze<\/div>\n
– Protect from light<\/div>\n
– Do not shake<\/div>\n
IV Infusion Solution<\/i><\/strong><\/div>\n
– After preparation in NS or D5W, store the infusion solution at room temperature for no more than 8 hours (including infusion time) or refrigerated at 2\u00b0C to 8\u00b0C (36\u00b0F to 46\u00b0F) for up to 24 hours (including infusion time)<\/div>\n
– Infusion must be completed within 24 hours of preparation<\/div>\n
– Do not freeze solutions prepared for infusion<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
