SC Administration<\/b><\/div>\n
– SC administration only<\/div>\n
– Inject full amount (1 mL), which provides 100 mg of tildrakizumab per syringe<\/div>\n
– Inject a site with clear skin and easy access (abdomen, thighs, or upper arm)<\/div>\n
– Do not administer 2 inches around navel or where skin is tender, bruised, erythematous, indurated, or affected by psoriasis<\/div>\n
– Do not inject into scars, stretch marks, or blood vessels<\/div>\n
– Discard of any unused portion<\/div>\n
– Dispose of used syringe<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
SC Preparation<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n
– Remove carton from the refrigerator, and let the prefilled syringe (in the ILUMYA carton with the lid closed) sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.<\/div>\n
– Follow the instructions on the carton to remove the prefilled syringe correctly, and remove only when ready to inject.<\/div>\n
– Do not pull off the needle cover until you are ready to inject.<\/div>\n
– Inspect visually for particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration; clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution.<\/div>\n
– Do not use if the liquid contains visible particles or the syringe is damaged<\/div>\n
– Air bubbles may be present; there is no need to remove them<\/div>\n

Storage<\/b><\/div>\n
– Refrigerate at 2-8\u00b0C (36-46\u00b0F) in the original carton<\/div>\n
– Do not freeze; do not shake<\/div>\n
– May store at room temperature at 25\u00b0C (77\u00b0F) for up to 30 days<\/div>\n
– Protect from light until the time of use<\/div>\n
– Once stored at room temperature, do not place back in the refrigerator<\/div>\n
– If not used within 30 days, discard syringe<\/div>\n
